Service Description

All athletes will go through an evaluation process to determine their skill level. If it is determined the athlete would benefit from 1 on 1 training, they will be instructed to purchase a 1 on 1 plan. Once completed, they will be ready to graduate to Sports Performance Training if they would like to do so. If the evaluation determines the athlete has a good skill set and basic knowledge, the Sports Performance Training program is where they will be placed to purchase a Sports Performance plan.
